仿宋_GB2312;">农村集体建设用地历史遗留问题</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">,是指</span>2020<span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">年</span>7<span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">月</span>3<span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">日</span></span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">以前已建成,未取得合法用地手续的农村集体建设用地。<o:p></o:p></span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-family: 楷体_GB2312;">第三</span><span style="font-family: Times New 农村集体建设用地历史遗留问题处置坚持依法依规、尊重历史、实事求是、分段处置的原则,充分发挥村民自治作用,在符合现行或在编的国土空间规划、产业准入和生态环境保护要求、安全生产的前提下,可按相关程序进行</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">由村(社区)、村(居)民小组同意使用,乡镇(街道)审核后,报经各行业主管部门同意的,可按照《仁寿县农村集体经营性建设用地使用权入市管理办法(试行)》(仁规自资发〔<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">2023</span>〕<span style="font-family: Times New
