15px;">3.图片应具备色彩丰富清晰、构图完整、表现力强等要素，不低于500万像素，单图文件不小于3M，图片格式：JPG、JPEG、PNG、BMP均可。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 3px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-size: 15px;">4.摄影作品需配以简要完整的标题和说明，即报送作品需注明作品标题、简要文字说明、拍摄时间、地点等；标题要主旨鲜明、简练准确，说明内容导向正确、主题鲜明、表述准确、逻辑清晰。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 3px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-size: 15px;">5.参赛作品要求真实反映所摄场景，原则上为纪实作品，摄影作品谢绝使用电脑创意和改变原始影像作品（仅可以做亮度、对比度、色彩饱和度的适度调整，不能做合成添加、大幅度改变色彩等电脑技术处理）。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 3px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-size:
