text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; text-decoration-style: solid; text-decoration-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>1.柴油货运车辆：重、中、轻型载货汽车、低速载货汽车、变形拖拉机（农用车）等所有使用柴油的载货车辆。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; text-decoration-style: solid; text-decoration-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>2.柴油工程车辆：专项作业车（含混凝土泵车）、挂车、牵引车及轮式专用机械车（含挖掘机、装载机、吊车）等所有使用柴油的工程车辆。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-decoration-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: rgb(255, 254, 213);'><strong>蓝牌柴油货车,需到县公安局交警大队继续办理纸质入城证后方可驶入限行区域；黄牌柴油货车,需在手机（电脑版）交管12123APP上申领电子通行码（证），审核通过后方可驶入限行区域。</strong></span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; text-decoration-style: solid; text-decoration-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（二）申办入城证的车辆（含非道路移动机械），需准备相关证件（申请书、行驶证及车辆照片、运输合同、组织机构代码证等）资料，并提前3-5天，</span><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; text-decoration-style: solid; text-decoration-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: rgb(255, 254, 213);'><strong>在手机（电脑版）APP（交管12123）上填报城市货车通行码申领需求</strong></span><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; text-decoration-style: solid; text-decoration-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>，经公安交警部门审核（3个工作日内）通过后，申领电子通行码并按规定使用。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; text-decoration-style: solid; text-decoration-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（三）对确需进入城区限行区域的货运车辆和工程车辆实施分类管理，按照入城期限分为：</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; text-decoration-style: solid; text-decoration-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>1、鲜、活、农产品运输车辆，半年一办理。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; text-decoration-style: solid; text-decoration-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>2、生产、生活必需品等配送车辆，一季度一办理。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; text-decoration-style: solid; text-decoration-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（一）对违反本通告规定的车辆及驾驶人，公安机关依据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》等有关法律法规，将通过非现场（电警抓拍）和现场查处的方式，对违规驶入禁行区域的车辆依法予以严格处罚，并实施交通违法累计记分管理。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;
