letter-spacing: 1.5px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); background-color: transparent;'><p><span style='font-size:16px;'> 2023年以来，被告人杨某某以食用为目的，利用其在网上购买的弹弓、铁夹子、红外望远镜、钢丝绳等猎捕工具，在丹棱县张场镇河湾村6组自家房屋附近田地、林间等自然环境里非法捕猎陆生野生动物。</span></p><p><span style='font-size:16px;'><br></span></p><p><span style='font-size:16px;'> 2023年7月31日，丹棱县公安局张场派出所联合丹棱县规划和自然资源局对杨某某的房屋及轿车进行检查，在其两处住宅的冰箱内查获共计37只野生动物鸟类死体。在轿车内发现有手电筒、钢珠、钢绳、热成像、弹弓、红外线、铁夹子等猎捕工具。</span></p><p><span style='font-size:16px;'><br></span></p><p><span style='font-size:16px;'> 经四川楠山环境损害司法鉴定中心鉴定，位于丹棱县张场镇水街子街上房屋冰箱内查获的4只白头鹎、7只珠颈斑鸠、7只黄臀鹎、6只领雀嘴鹎、6只白颊噪鹛、3只灰胸朱鸡、2只环颈雉（原名雉鸡）、2只山斑鸠均被列入《有重要生态、科学、社会价值的陆生野生动物名录》。</span></p><p><span style='font-size:16px;'><br></span></p><p><span style='font-size:16px;'> 非法猎捕野生动物罪是指违反野生动物保护法规，非法收购、运输、加工、出售国家重点保护的珍贵、濒危野生动物及其制品的行为。丹棱县人民检察院于2024年1月2日向我院提起公诉。我院于1月23日开庭审理并当庭对被告人进行了宣判。</span></p><p style='text-align:center;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;vertical-align: inherit;width: 100%;'></span></p><p><span style='font-size:16px;'> 此次将法庭设在法院外，现场吸引不少周围商户、村民驻足观看，承办法官就地向原、被告及围观村民讲解猎捕野生动物的相关法律规定，剖析非法捕猎的危害，引导大家以此为鉴，拒绝非法捕猎野生动物。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section data-role="paragraph"><section data-role="title" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="137865"><section style='margin: 10px auto;'><section style='font-size: 16px;
