style='text-indent: 2em;'>本案中，用人单位以双方劳动合同期满为由提出终止劳动合同，是根据《劳动合同法》第四十四条的规定作出的终止，<span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'><strong>不属于《劳动合同法》第四十条规定的情形。</strong><strong>法律并未对终止程序作出特别规定，用人单位已提前七天通知，也符合一般情理要求。</strong></span>但是，根据《劳动合同法》第四十六条规定，此种情况下，用人单位需按胡先生的工作年限向他支付经济补偿。</section></section></section></section></section><p
