关于眉山主城区货运、工程车辆、黄标车禁止和限制通行的通告

YaHei;">为进一步预防和减少道路交通事故，提高主城区道路通行效率，净化城市环境，推动物流业高质量发展，经市公安局、东坡区人民政府、市交通运输局、市住房和城乡建设局、市生态环境局、市经济和信息化局研究，决定对2021年市公安局等五部门联合印发的《关于眉山中心城区货运、工程车辆、黄标车禁止和限制通行的通告》进行优化调整。根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》等有关法律法规规定，现将调整后的有关事项通告如下：</span></p><p YaHei;">眉山主城区对货运车辆、工程车辆、黄标车禁止和限制通行的基本原则是分类管理、分级配送，便利通行，放管并重、规范高效。</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><br></p><section data-role="title" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="136218"><section #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">主城区：苏堤南路—千禾大道—国道245线—一环西路—湖州路—颖州南路—颖州北路—徐州路—二环西路—三苏大道—铁环路—眉州大道—铁环东路北段—阜成路西四段—玉屏街—科工园三路—东坡大道—科工园二路—滨江大道—滨江路中一段—苏堤路构成的封闭区域内所有道路（含以上道路）。</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">在以上封闭环线外围区域禁行道路：眉州大道（铁环东路至本草大道段、眉山岷江二桥至岷东大道段）、滨江大道（眉山岷江二桥至彭山区交界处段）、太和大道、眉山岷江一桥、顺江大道（上臾路至寻江路段）、崇礼大道（岷江一桥至江白路段）、仁寿路北段、仁寿路南段、富牛大道（植物园路至大学路段）。</span></p><p YaHei;">（一）货运车辆：重型、中型载货汽车、挂车、低速载货汽车、拖拉机（农用车）。</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">（二）工程车辆：混凝土搅拌车、挖掘机、装载机、吊车等专项作业车。</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">四、限制通行车辆及时段</span></strong></strong></section></section></section></section><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><br></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">（一）每日23：00至次日6：00，允许配送货车进入主城区禁止通行区域配送货物（以上时段不需办理入城证），其余时段不得通行。城市配送货车是指从事货物运输服务的厢式货车和封闭式货车。</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">（二）轻型、微型载货汽车，新能源配送货车允许在每日7：00至9：30、17：00至19：30以外的时段进入主城区禁止通行区域配送货物（以上时段不需办理入城证）。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2.5em;text-indent: 0em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2.5em;text-indent: 0em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">对确需进入禁行区域的禁行车辆和在限行时段内需要进入禁行区域的限行车辆按以下规定办理《入城证》。</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">（一）运送鲜活农产品、生产生活必需品车辆，应当提前到目的地所属公安交通管理部门办理《入城证》，并按规定时间、线路、速度行驶。</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">（二）涉及工程建设的所有商砼、渣土、砂石运输车辆，需依次报经住建、生态环境部门审批同意后，持上述部门批准证明到目的地所属公安交通管理部门办理《入城证》，并按规定时间、线路、速度行驶。</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">（三）低速载货汽车（农用车、拖拉机）、黄标车的入城申请不予受理。</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">（四）太和镇涉及生产生活货车、工程车辆需进出该区域的，鼓励从简蒲高速眉山北站上下，如特殊情况可提前到辖区公安交通管理部门办理《入城证》借道主城区外围道路通行。</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><br></p><section data-role="title" style="line-height:2.5em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">凡过境货运、工程车辆和黄标车须按如下线路绕行（双向通行）。</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">（一）东西向过境货车绕行线路调整为：</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">G351线（洪雅、丹棱方向）—工业大道—南环线西段—工业环线—进站路—G245线（松江场镇）—南环线东段—岷东大道—G351线（仁寿方向）。</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">（二）南北向过境货车绕行线路调整为：</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #000000;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">1.岷江以西：工业大道（彭山方向）—南环线西段—工业环线—进站路—G245线（乐山方向）。</span></p><p style="line-height:2.5em;"><span 青衣街的货车没有了。高峰期拥堵可以减缓一些了
想多了，太和的货车还是走青衣街 环保跟货车有锤子关系，货车每年经过严格执行检测了的，这些当官的卖了几十万亩土地引进了无数的污染企业，却要货车来承担，弄得货车都无路可走，一点都不结合实际情况，怎么不喊企业关停？
