不允许，吃不到葡萄葡萄就是酸的吗？ 说句不受听的实话，眉山市区想要做大，必须要多吸引仁寿人来安家置业，这是最直接的，因为眉山周边都是人口小县，大家发展水平也没有差很多，吸不了多少过来。现在成都放宽限购，吸外地人也难了。

仁寿市的人不的来东坡县。我们还是吸引新西兰镇的一百万西北几省人口过来买房定居算了 没得人口。空谈 你想多了，仁寿老表来干啥？房住不炒不是投资品了，不在这块工作，来干啥来着。我楼上说的有点点道理。
1，吸老城区改善用房，但是我觉得不会太多，因为房子首先要满足生产和学习，再说生活。那周围方圆几公里生产的人有多少，需要思考一下，学习的话，见仁见智，不是特别优质的学区，通常还是就近原则比较好
2，楼上说的新西兰可能有部分，但我不晓得有多少，没有数据支持，我只能猜，我感觉新西兰来的都爱买崇礼片区，便宜 老城区没发展了 能不能路口规划好一点，路口太多了！ 就别吹牛逼了 murano 发表于 2023-12-11 13:56
