0px;'>基本案情：</strong></strong>2022年1月以来，被告人饶某某在眉山市彭山区、东坡区多次贩卖毒品甲基苯丙胺给吸毒人员何某、曾某、李某某等人。2021年10月至2022年7月，被告人饶某某为掩饰、隐瞒其贩卖毒品犯罪所得，多次使用祝某、邓某、陈某等人的微信收款码收取毒资，再转账给自己或祝某，共转移毒资0.43万元。被告人饶某某明知是毒品甲基苯丙胺而多次向多人贩卖，情节严重，其行为构成贩卖毒品罪；为掩饰、隐瞒毒品犯罪所得的来源和性质，通过他人微信账户收取毒资后转至自己或他人账号，其行为构成洗钱罪。在判决宣告以后，刑罚执行完毕以前，发现被告人在判决宣告以前还有其他罪没有判决，且又犯新罪，应当数罪并罚。据此，依法对被告人饶某某数罪并罚，决定执行有期徒刑十年六个月，并处罚金人民币二万三千元。</span></p><p 0px;'>典型意义：</strong></strong>毒品犯罪是洗钱犯罪的上游犯罪之一。洗钱活动在为毒品犯罪清洗毒资的同时，也为扩大毒品犯罪规模提供了资金支持，助长了毒品犯罪的蔓延。《中华人民共和国刑法修正案（十一）》将“自洗钱”行为规定为犯罪，加大了对从洗钱犯罪中获益最大的上游犯罪本犯的惩罚力度。本案中，被告人饶某某通过使用他人的微信收款码等支付结算方式，转移自身贩卖毒品所获毒资，掩饰、隐瞒贩毒违法所得的来源和性质，妄图“洗白”毒资和隐匿毒资来源。人民法院对其以贩卖毒品罪、洗钱罪数罪并罚，同时惩治上下游犯罪，斩断毒品犯罪的资金链条，摧毁了毒品犯罪分子再犯罪的经济基础。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p
