16px;">4.双（多）胞胎报名方式：</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">对民办学校双（多胞胎）报名实行联合报名的方式。两（多）名学生共用1个报名序号，捆绑参与随机派位，该号派中则两（多）名学生均被录取，该号未派中则两（多）名学生均不被录取。<br></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #d92142;">（二）中心城区学位申请和安排。</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1.坚持“两个一致”入学原则，即户籍与父母或其他法定监护人户籍一致、户籍与实际居住地一致（在中心城区，并属于同一招生片区）的适龄儿童、少年优先安排。对符合条件的烈士、现役军人、公安英模和因公牺牲伤残警察、国家综合性消防队伍人员、直接参与抗疫一线医务人员、高层次人才、进藏干部职工、持优才卡人员等群体的子女，若户籍随祖父母或外祖父母并在招生服务区范围内实际居住的，按照符合“两个一致”入学原则申请学位。若申请人数超过了服务区内学校实际核定的学位数，则根据户籍迁入时间和住房入住时间（房产证优先，再安排购房合同）先后顺序安排学位；未能在服务区内学校安排学位的，由区教体局统筹安排到相对就近的学校就读。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2.户籍和住房不在同一个划片招生服务区内的适龄儿童、少年，原则上到户籍所在地招生服务区学校申请学位，也可以到住房所在地招生服务区学校申请学位。招生学校如有空余学位，则根据户籍迁入的时间先后顺序安排学位；再根据住房入住时间（房产证优先，再安排购房合同）先后顺序安排学位；如无空余学位或学位不足，则由区教体局统筹安排到相对就近的学校就读。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">3.户籍不在中心城区但又长期居住在中心城区的适龄儿童、少年，原则上回户籍所在地入学；如家庭确有特殊情况的，可凭其父母正式住房手续等必要证明材料到居住地所属招生服务区招生学校申请学位。如招生学校有空余学位，则根据住房入住时间（房产证优先，再安排购房合同）先后顺序安排学位；如无空余学位或学位不足，则由区教体局统筹安排学位。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #d92142;">4.进城务工及经商人员随迁子女申请学位。</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（1）适用对象：非东坡区中心城区户籍的进城务工及经商人员随迁子女。进城务工及经商地点指中心城区（三个街道办事处，48个社区）范围。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（2）申请方式：要求实行网上学位申请，由“省招系统”统一推送具体审核资料时间，在规定的时间内到区教体局指定地点审核材料，以审核现场填报的志愿为准，资料审核通过后，由区教体局统筹安排入学。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（3）录取办法：坚持“一个前提”、“两个参考”、“一个原则”进行。“一个前提”即学校有学位；“两个参考”即家长意向、相对就近；“一个原则”即相同条件的学生享受相同待遇。区教体局根据学校学位情况、学生申请学位情况以及父母（法定监护人）购买社保、购房合同、工商经营执照等条件进行统筹安排。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">中心城区（含四大门）统筹安排生源的学校顺序如下：先城区学校，后四大门学校。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">申请以上各类学位时，需根据招生工作日程安排中各批次的报名时间到片区划定学校，在学校的指导下进入“川教通”APP网上报名。报名结束后，相关信息在网上联合校验审核，通过审核后由区教体局推送录取结果，审核未通过的可自行退回修改信息并重新申请学位。登录“川教通”APP查询录取结果或查收“省招系统”推送的录取短信。</span></p><p 16px;">（2）在有效期内的中心城区居住证或在中心城区居住的相关证明材料原件及复印件1份（①自购房者：提供购房合同及入住消费3个月的水、电、气表号，②租住房屋者：提供租房合同、房东房产证明及入住消费6个月的水、电、气表号）。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（3）进城务工人员需提供：申请人与用人单位依法签订有效期内的《劳动合同》、务工者身份证（区教体局根据其信息到相关部门进行数据核查）、及社保卡原件和复印件1份、社保缴费发票原件及复印件1份（《中华人民共和国劳动法》第七十二条规定：用人单位和劳动者必须依法参加社会保险，缴纳社会保险费）。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（4）进城经商人员需提供：2023年4月30日前在中心城区办理的工商营业执照（附门店租赁合同、房东房产证明、门店近期经营照片）、纳税或免于纳税相关证明。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">注：满足以下三个条件之一的，区教体局才予以登记审核。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">根据分类安置原则，落实“一人一案”，通过随班就读、特殊教育学校就读和送教上门等方式接受义务教育，各义务教育学校不得拒收服务区内具有接受普通教育能力的适龄残疾儿童少年随班就读。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #d92142;">（五）“小升初”严格实行“一人一籍、籍随人走”，严控学生无序流动。</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1.小学毕业生学籍信息（户籍、住址等）在东坡区范围内发生变化。需跨不同初中校招生服务区申请就读的，学生及法定监护人须在统一规定时间内，向原划定的应读初中校和拟申请就读初中提交户籍、住址等相关学籍信息变化证明材料原件，填写《眉山市“小升初”同区县跨招生服务区学位申请审核表》，两初中校审核并签署意见，上报区教体局审核后确定就读学校。拟就读初中校负责公示并发放录取通知书，区教体局划转学籍。以下四种情况不需上交：从农村小学毕业到中心城区就读初中的学生，若户籍或住房等符合中心城区初中入学条件的；凡是到民办学校就读初中的；中心城区小学毕业生符合在中心城区初中入学条件的；市外小学毕业生符合在中心城区初中入学条件的。</span></p><p
