box-sizing: border-box !important;'>案件进入执行程序后，执行法官第一时间向杨某某送达了执行通知书、报告财产令等法律文书，责令其限期履行，经执行网络查控系统及实地传统调查，暂未查到杨某某财产。2022年9月19日，执行法官依法传唤被执行人至法院，详细告知其拒不履行生效法律文书所确定的义务将会面临的法律后果，杨某某遂主动与5名申请人达成了分期给付劳动报酬的和解协议。但约定的给付期限已过，杨某某却又以各种理由拒不支付。2023年2月20日，执行干警依法将杨某某拘传到法院，责令其立即履行还款义务，但杨某某在释法明理之下依然心存侥幸、态度强硬。执行法官依法对杨某某采取了搜查措施并当庭作出对其罚款500元的决定，在杨某某仍表示无力履行后，向杨某某送达了预拘留决定书。收到预拘留决定书的杨某某当即表示找其朋友筹钱。1小时后，2万元转账到法院账户，就余下的5万元，杨某某写下了在2023年5月底之前支付完毕的书面承诺。执行法官明确告知杨某某，若5月底不按时足额支付，将正式对其予以司法拘留。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px;
