17px;'>网上报名时间截至2月15日24时。请考生按有关规定如实准确填报个人信息。2022年在国家实践技能考试基地参加实践技能考试，成绩合格但未通过当年医学综合考试的考生，2023年仍须网上报名并现场审核，待2023年实践技能考试结束后，按时网上缴纳医学综合考试考试费，方可参加医学综合考试。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>2023年，我省继续实行网上报名资格审核。考生在网上报名的同时，需按报名系统要求上传报名相关资料。上传报名资料明细和具体操作流程详见四川省医疗卫生服务指导中心微信公众号。眉山考点线上审核时间为2023年2月16日-2月19日，线上审核期间，考生需积极配合考点完善相关资料。</span></p><p 17px;'>（1）考生根据个人报考情况按要求提交材料。资料按照表内顺序排列，由报名点负责装订整齐。复印件要求完整、清楚，提交的复印件一律使用A4纸张，其原件均由所在的医疗机构及各报名点核验，并在复印件上加盖所在医疗机构公章。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>（2）现场确认时，考生务必本人到场签字确认。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>（3）现场确认是对考生网上报名资料的真实性进行审核，不接受补报名。审核通过的考生须对《医师资格考试报名暨授予医师资格申请表》上个人信息认真逐字核对，一经签字确认不得更改。该信息将用于医师执业注册管理，由于考生个人原因导致信息填报错误影响考试或医师执业注册的,后果自负。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>（4）考生上传的照片必须是近期免冠白底标准证件照，不得使用自拍照、电子摄像抓拍照。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 17px;'>我省医师资格考试继续实行网上缴纳考试费。报名资格通过审核的考生网上缴纳技能考试费起止时间为2023年4月5日8时至4月9日24时。实践技能考试成绩合格及实践技能考试免试的考生网上缴纳医学综合考试(一试）费起止时间为2023年7月5日8时至7月9日24时。</span></p><p><br></p></section></section></section></section><section
