15px;">当时，恰好经过此路段的洪雅公安特警祝益民及其女友立即将车辆停靠在路边，查看情况后，发现驾驶员是一名老太太，身体被压在三轮车下昏迷不醒。“这大冬天的，极易发生二次事故，不能让人一直躺在地上，要赶快救人！”祝益民立即吩咐女友拨打120急救电话，随后从汽车后备箱中拿出三脚架设置警示标识，同时拨打122交通事故报警电话并向交管部门提供逃逸车辆号牌，保护了受害人的合法权益。</span></section><mpcpc
