哪能不能把购车时缴纳的车船使用税退给车主！还有就是这些钱收到哪里去了！这个社会是人民当家做主，不是贪官污吏横行霸道！

以前把农村人收来吃不饱饭，还有义务劳动，不劳动要倒出钱，到目前还有很多人欠着生产队的债。现在开始收城里人了
