一个车位包年就2000多一年，一个车大概就开10来年，你们应该在卖车的时候就把这个费用按10年的停车费算来加进去。也就多加3万多。要保证车和车位相同，不要车多车位少，又说到处乱停乱放，天天整些没有用的，还征求%

我们住的老小区，6百多户人，就3百来个车位，物业报了，说喊批点车位下了，但就是不批准，天天停外面出钱的车位还要等一两个小时，有时候还等不到，我现在都直接不交了，交毛线交，随便你们杂收，反正每天动下车子就几十块钱，我凭啥子交{:face_046:}

最牛逼的是，城市花园和玫瑰园的外面车位不同意给智慧停车收费，别个直接把城市花园外几十个车位给擦了
