眉山小区一楼,楼顶违建太多了,一说有些人就说啥眼红别人,说啥不能违建谁买一楼和楼顶,殊不知侵占的是全体业主公摊,影响小区绿化,如果你是有产权的别人会说你吗?

眉山主管部门没有执法权处理为借口,既然没有执法权这种部门直接取消就是了,还节约一部分财政资金,眉山好多部门就是养老机构,成天无事可做,遇到问题都是推三阻四

肯定不能占用公共绿地,要是可以,为什么开发商在修建的时候不把那位置规划给一楼使用。大家都知道,买房的时候会看小区规划和绿化率,既然规划成公共绿地了,你就没权去占有,不然还不乱套了!

无执法权就换有执法权的来,还有没有执法权你们在那里占着茅坑不拉屎干什么,就该全部撤销掉

其实这个说简单也简单,就看重视不,先是职能部门有执法权的发限期整改恢复绿地通知书,到期不整改的,由执法部门负责组织具有资质的公司代履行拆除,费用由违建业主在市场价范围内承担。对抗拆除的由具有执法权的单位强拆,不具执法权的报请人民法院组织实施。
