对的，完全赞同 肯定不能占用公共绿地，要是可以，为什么开发商在修建的时候不把那位置规划给一楼使用。大家都知道，买房的时候会看小区规划和绿化率，既然规划成公共绿地了，你就没权去占有，不然还不乱套了！ 651625344 发表于 2022-9-5 09:27

只能说政府部门闲人太多 这个回复太奇葩：上报职能部门，配合职能部门做好相关工作。直接说：做啥工作？撤，恢复。还是放任不管了？ 确实执法必须要职能部门作为啊 其实这个说简单也简单，就看重视不，先是职能部门有执法权的发限期整改恢复绿地通知书，到期不整改的，由执法部门负责组织具有资质的公司代履行拆除，费用由违建业主在市场价范围内承担。对抗拆除的由具有执法权的单位强拆，不具执法权的报请人民法院组织实施。

这楼底下合法送给我用我都不敢用，万一哪天楼上不小心掉个重点的东西或者隔三差五有人丢屎包尿包下来才危险和恶心，虽说砸到人要赔钱，但是人都死了赔来搞啥子嘛。 我想知道以前违建了为什么不让拆呢？现在的不让建都是同一个小区太莫得道理了！
