box-sizing: border-box;'> 作为孟伟手下的“得力干将”，张茫茫是上梁不正下梁歪、拔出萝卜带出泥的典型。在孟伟被纪检监察机关采取留置措施后不久，张茫茫也紧跟领导步伐，“走进”了留置点。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'> “今天是我31岁生日，我从未想过会是在留置中度过，也不知道我爸妈、妻子现在怎么样了……”说出这些话时，张茫茫才刚刚结婚4个月，还没有完全体会到新婚的幸福，却即将要面对无尽的悔恨和冰冷的铁窗。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'> 2019年7月，张茫茫在外拼搏数年后回到眉山老家，经过层层选拔进入国有企业工作，并很快走上管理岗位，负责公司开展的砂石、弃土、租赁等重点项目。近年来，随着经济社会的快速发展和环保政策的压紧，砂石价格一路高涨，砂石业务周期短、回款快、利润率高的特质也吸引着众多商人老板趋利而来，掌握砂石资源的孟张二人一下子成了众人追捧的对象。在商人老板投其所好、极尽恭维中，危险也正在悄然靠近。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'> “只是一点心意而已，你就收到嘛，不存在的！”“就是，收下嘛，一点小心意。”作为企业砂石拍卖的直接负责人，张茫茫经手的工程项目越来越多，老板们总会“见缝插针”安排一条烟、一瓶酒、一顿饭来表达自己的“心意”。面对这些“心意”，思想防线本就不甚牢固的他，竟然天真的认为“别人挣了那么多钱，表示点感谢只是为了搞好关系，没什么问题”。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'> 2020年初，深得孟伟信任的张茫茫在其引荐下认识了商人文某，善于察言观色的张茫茫，知道文某是孟伟的“朋友”后，便在竞拍前期积极提供信息咨询，介绍拍卖单位和拍卖师给文某认识，为文某顺利中标跑前跑后。在随后的竞拍过程中，文某顺利拍下两批次砂石。事后，文某在感谢孟伟的关照时，也“懂事”地向张茫茫送上了“辛苦费”10万元。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'> 回忆起这次收钱的场景，张茫茫记忆犹新，“当时心跳得真快，脑袋有点嗡嗡的，手也不自觉微微抖动，收下后一直环顾四周害怕有人看见，担忧、紧张的同时也夹杂着兴奋，觉得这钱来得也太容易了”。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'> 正是因为这钱来得“太容易”，让张茫茫压抑不住内心的欣喜，开始追求起奢侈生活，频繁出入各种高档娱乐场所。有别于以往商人老板们出钱的吃请，他开始“主动出击”，约下属、朋友、管理和服务对象等游走在眉山、成都等地，胡吃海喝、纸醉金迷、肆意挥霍。他出手阔绰，次次都争抢着主动买单，曾经一天就花掉了3万多元。他完全沉浸在高消费娱乐带来的“快感”中，觉得自己“开了眼界、见了世面”，甚至病态地觉得这是个人成就的体现。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'> 为了维持其高消费，享受飘渺的成就感，在随后的砂石竞拍中，张茫茫如法炮制，通过泄漏标底，设置特定条件等形式，帮助找上门来的企业老板们顺利中标。甚至在孟伟的授意下，胆大妄为内外勾结，在砂石招投标过程中，直接默许拍卖师现场暗箱操作，并让竞标公司递交空白标书，由拍卖师直接填写具体金额。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'> 所谓“从善如登，从恶如崩”，到第二次收钱时，虽然张茫茫有意避开周围可能出现的行人，但内心明显没有那么胆怯了。接下来的第三次、第四次，已然轻车熟路、习惯成自然，心中不仅没有了负罪感，甚至还开始有了期待，给人办事后马上就想到该来送礼了。此时的他，内心的想法也十分荒唐，“别人可能拿得更多，我也没有主动伸手要，是别人自愿给的”。在这样错误的心理引导下，短短一年半的时间里，张茫茫仅凭砂石拍卖业务便收受好处费75万元。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em;
