font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>第二条油烟净化设备安装使用监管工作实行属地、分类管理原则。苏祠、通惠、大石桥街道辖区内的经营性餐饮服务单位油烟净化设备的安装、使用、监管由市住房城乡建设局牵头负责；学校、大型商场、非星级酒店、医院、机关食堂、星级酒店油烟净化设备的安装、使用、监管由属地牵头负责，市教育体育局、市商务局、市卫生健康委、市机关事务管理局、市文广旅局分别对口指导、督促落实；苏祠、通惠、大石桥街道辖区内其他需要安装油烟净化设备的由东坡区人民政府牵头负责；眉山高新区、岷东新区、眉山“中国泡菜城”、眉山经开区新区由属地政府牵头负责。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 15px; font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei"; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>（一）建立责任人公示制度。餐饮服务单位是餐饮油烟污染防治的责任主体，应当按照牵头单位的要求，在经营场所醒目位置悬挂公示牌，公示牌通常应当明确企业名称、净化设备、经营业态、安装时间、处理风量、清洗责任人、清洗时间、监督人员等，样式由市住房城乡建设局和市生态环境局会商统一制定。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 0.544px; font-family: system-ui, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, Arial, sans-serif; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>（二）建立巡查登记制度。各牵头单位应当定期或不定期对油烟净化设备运行、清洗情况进行检查，并做好记录。充分利用各种手段，敦促餐饮服务单位正确使用油烟净化设备，建立维护保养台账。</span></p><p style='text-align: justify; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both;
