letter-spacing: 1.5px; visibility: visible;'><p style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; visibility: visible;'> 刘某莎与黄某原系夫妻关系，婚后生育一女刘某怡。刘某莎与黄某因感情不合，双方于2015年2月27日协议离婚，约定刘某怡跟随刘某莎生活，黄某每月支付抚养费800元，但此后黄某一直未履行支付抚养费的义务，刘某莎于2021年11月诉至丹棱法院。经法院调解，双方达成调解协议，黄某同意支付拖欠的抚养费64000元。而到了约定的支付期限后，黄某仍以各种理由拒付抚养费。刘某莎遂向法院申请强制执行，案件进入执行程序后，经执行法官调查，黄某本人平时经常在外地，很少在丹棱，并且其名下无可供执行的财产，执行陷入僵局。执行法官告知申请执行人刘某莎密切关注黄某动态，有消息及时告知法院，于是才有了刚才的那通电话。</p><p style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; visibility: visible;'> 接到线索后，由于案件情况特殊，承办法官谌芳立即向执行局局长杨成胜和分管副院长唐部汇报了案件情况，经唐部组织研讨案情，考虑到执行婚礼礼金不合乎风俗人情，为践行善意执行理念，决定采取“先礼后兵”执行方案，给被执行人最后一次“选择”的机会。执行法官通知双方当事人到庭后，向黄某释明了利害关系，告知其若仍拒绝履行，法院可以依法执行婚礼礼金。黄某意识到事态严重，向朋友借款30000元当场支付给了申请执行人刘某莎，双方和解达成协议：剩余抚养费由黄某父亲担保每月支付5000元，直至付清为止。事后，申请执行人点赞法院的高效执行，同时被执行人也体验到了司法的温度，双方均对法官表示了谢意，案件办理取得了双方当事人都满意的结果。</p><p style='outline: 0px;
