前期免费。 可以建设在几大入城口外的公共道路，所有途径车辆都无条件被冲洗后入城，提高冲洗设备的流水作业智能化和效率，不拥堵！
关键是怎么节约用水（不能为了城市美化而枯竭了人类有限的淡水资源？）、污水处理环节、可以投放非淡水或者超低淡水量用于冲洗（蒸汽洗车、空气转化能冲洗），收集雨水处理用于冲洗车辆！
淡水一旦枯竭？必然被子孙后代唾骂，凸显如今无能执政父辈！ 就怕此一策，并非政府单纯为了美化城市？
而是投资者“疏通政府主管部门环节”，以美化城市为楦头，行不益于社会鱼肉百姓之实？
