face="Tahoma">“这些可恶的‘偷油婆’把我的油偷光了，我今天咋个跑车哦！”货车司机魏先生向警方反映，其头天晚上将刚加满油的大货车停靠在黑龙滩某工地附近，第二天一早发现，油箱里的柴油“蒸发”一空，附近的几辆货车都遭遇了同样的情形，肯定是遭了“油耗子”的黑手了。这些货车司机大多靠跑车拉货养家糊口，油被偷了，数千元的损失对于奔波在路上的大货车司机来说是一笔巨大的损失。为此，仁寿县公安局立即抽调精干力量组成专案组开展调查。<br></font></section><section face="Tahoma">经过现场勘查，民警发现这些大货车内放置的财物和货物并未丢失，而货车油箱的油被偷得点滴不剩，现场地面也没有渗漏痕迹。民警判断，犯罪嫌疑人手法专业、老练，极有可能是偷窃柴油的惯犯。于是，警方扩大侦查范围，对案发周边进行走访调查，并调取了相关监控视频。</font></section><p style='text-align: center;margin-bottom: face="Tahoma">民警立即对近期发案情况进行了梳理，通过前期侦查、综合线索、研判比对，发现此类案件作案手法极其相似，专案组决定深挖扩线，将个案进行串并。经过大量的对比分析、走访调查、追踪摸排工作，民警在抽丝剥茧中慢慢摸清犯罪嫌疑人作案规律和线路。专案组成功锁定了一伙流窜于眉山市仁寿县、成都市天府新区、简阳市等地的“油耗子”王某忠、卢某龙和李某富3名盗窃柴油犯罪嫌疑人，以及收购柴油的犯罪嫌疑人龙某。经精心布控，专案组民警在成都市天府新区一茶楼内将四人抓获。</font></section><p face="Tahoma">经审讯，王某忠、卢某龙和李某富3人自2021年11月份以来在眉山市、成都市、简阳市等地结伙作案多起，每次作案时间都选择在凌晨，作案地点选在人少货车多的工地附近，3人分工明确，配合默契，1人负责将油箱盖撬开，1人递接抽油工具，1人用高压泵抽空货车油箱中的油。得手后，三人驾车将盗来的油转移存放在成都市锦江区王某忠租的库房中，囤到一定量时，联系油贩龙某来收盗得的柴油。</font></section><p
