如果一楼没有占用公共绿地建花园，我支持你，如果建了，那另说，我认为加电梯除了破坏整体外观，通风采光都是借口 我是不得同意我们单元装电梯的，不安全，又挡光，还让我的房子贬值。有钱装电梯，干嘛不再去买一套电梯房 不晓得别的小区安个电梯哪儿那么多事，我屋头和我亲戚那边安都是很好商量直接就安起了的 七层是该装电梯三 DFSCZ 发表于 2022-3-23 10:23

我就住的一楼，同意了装电梯，确实会在时间段遮挡采光，不过我没有要一毛钱补偿同意装的 安装了影响房价，肯定不同意啊。 体现素质的时候 芳眉山 发表于 2022-3-23 09:43

你说的容易，你咋不说1楼的咋办？ 不同意就是可以装，太多的不便了，占地，噪音，安全，产权等等 旭光小区嘛
