两头入口在哪里了？永寿这头入口好像隔的八毛子远上桥，都没有看到过入口。

最多就是让103线的过境货车可以分流一些，要说减轻一桥的压力，估计悬，要想减轻一桥的压力，只有加快推进东坡大桥的建设日程

103线不可能扩，南环二期会对接工业大道。这次十四五已经把东坡大道南延线对接南环的项目提上日程。并且提到了储备眉青快速通道北延段。
