啥意思？没看懂。
就是原来医保要打钱去你自己医保账户的钱，现在不打了 意思应该是个人帐户可以自行支付的就少了，全给医院了，养医院啊，医院可以躺着有收入，不愁病人不来！医保报销于民是好事，但凡事有利必有弊！以后医生只要进了医院工作就等于铁饭碗，不学习，不提高技术或者按上级规定程序和动作走完就算履行职责了。虽然学医很辛苦，但其实世界上除了中医是最难学的医学（全科的），一个好中医相当于一个小型医院。
