2px;'>洪川镇广场社区、阳光社区、临江社区、文庙社区、张花园社区、文塘社区、九圣社区、祝山村部分区域（国道351线以西、国道351线以东的杨塘新村—新乐雅陶瓷六厂—欧冠陶瓷厂区域内）、曲沿村部分区域（国道351线以南）、共桐村部分区域（国道351线以南）、祝河坎村、柳街村，止戈镇全域，将军镇部分区域（高岩社区、阳坪村）。</span></p><p style='line-height: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>（一）<span style='color: rgb(213, 40, 40); box-sizing: border-box;'>禁放时间：从2022年1月19日至2022年2月16日9时。</span></span></p><p style='line-height: 1.5rem;box-sizing: border-box;'><br style='box-sizing: border-box;'></p><p style='line-height: 1.5rem;box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>（二）<span style='color: rgb(192, 0, 0);'>禁</span><span style='color: rgb(213, 40, 40); box-sizing: border-box;'>放区域：洪川镇、止戈镇、将军镇、余坪镇、中保镇全域，中山镇部分区域（原中山乡区域）。</span></span></p><p style='line-height: 1.5rem;box-sizing: 2px;'>三、任何单位和个人不得在禁止燃放烟花爆竹的时间、区域内燃放烟花爆竹，或者以危害公共安全和人身、财产安全的方式燃放烟花爆竹。</span></p><p style='line-height: 1.5rem;box-sizing: border-box;'><br style='box-sizing: border-box;'></p><p style='line-height: 1.5rem;box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>四、对违反上述规定的行为，由公安机关依据《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》予以处罚或者由综合行政执法局依据《四川省城乡环境综合治理条例》予以处罚；造成安全事故、火灾事故或环境污染事故的，由公安、应急管理、生态环境和综合执法等部门按照各自职责权限，依法追究其法律责任。阻碍执法人员执行公务的，由公安机关依法给予行政处罚；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p
