那种安装电梯，一二楼根本无益，而且房子还会跌价，人家肯定不愿意！

因为你没住一楼，所以你不能理解
都是成年人，应该为当初的选择买单，老了，上不了楼，你可以选择重新买房，也可以将高楼层出租，自己租个你自己觉的合适的楼层，年轻时你觉的高楼层便宜，老了爬不上去，又要道德绑架邻居不理解你，好事都让你们占完了。我认为老楼安电梯就是激化邻里予盾。
我们这栋6楼来找我签了2次，没签，我给他2个选择，要么他出钱把我1楼买了，我搬走。要么装上电梯我和他互换，他又不干。每个人立场不一样，想法就不一样
一楼适当补贴一点，二楼不出钱，这样比较合适。一楼侵占绿地的不补
既然选择了爬楼梯，那就得锻炼身体
安装是一回事，以后维护保养还得花钱，
我四楼都反对安！！

可惜我们这种一楼住户始终是胳膊拧不过大腿，始终还是要低头于少数服从多数、自己买的房子却还得被迫接受不平等条约。还好我住的小区没人安电梯
