15px;">针对此情况，彰加派出所高度重视，对此案第一时间立案侦查，调派人手，全力侦破此案。办案民警通过反复查看道路天网及居民自家监控，将所有线索合并，综合分析研判后认为：该系列盗窃家狗案件系流窜性较大的惯偷作案；犯罪嫌疑人作案时采取遮挡车牌及面部等手段躲避侦查，具有较强的反侦查意识；作案时间都发生在晚上，被盗狗均是拴养在大门外；作案使用老虎钳、工业剪等工具将拴狗铁链剪断，然后把狗拖上车偷走。在分析案件特点后，民警认为此系列案件很可能是同一盗狗团伙所为，于是决定将多起家狗被盗案并案侦察。</span></p><p><span
