text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">（一）中华人民共和国境内外的自然人、法人和其他组织，除法律、法规另外规定的，均可申请参加国有建设用地使用权拍卖活动。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">（二）若东坡区外的法人公司取得土地，竞得人或其指定的下属全资子公司需在东坡区成立独立的法人公司，其税收应在东坡区缴纳。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">三、本次国有建设用地使用权公开拍卖出让，采用有底价的起始价增价拍卖方式，在不低于底价的情况下按价高者得原则确定竞得人。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">四、本次拍卖出让的详细资料和具体要求，见拍卖出让文件。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">五、此次拍卖出让地块竞买保证金通过建行、农行或工行网银交纳(具体操作流程在眉山市东坡区政务服务和公共资源交易服务中心网站下载)。申请人可于2021年11月16日至2021年12月6日，在眉山市东坡区政务服务和公共资源交易服务中心网站下载地块的拍卖出让文件。如需参加竞买,请在公告规定时间内，到银行开通网上银行账户,通过网上银行交纳竞买保证金。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;
