0);'>此外，《办法》进一步强调了监督及保密管理工作，要求各级处置非法集资牵头部门建立健全举报奖励档案，同时依法保护举报人的合法权益并为其保密，未经举报人书面同意，任何单位、个人不得泄露举报人的姓名、工作单位、联系方式等信息，打消举报人的顾虑，提升条款规定的实操性，切实增强群众举报非法集资的积极性和主动性，有效防范和处置非法集资行为。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span
