outline: none 0px !important; box-sizing: border-box !important;">2017年2月，季某某与刘某合伙做工程，工程完工后经结算，刘某向季某某出具了一张257000元的欠条，并约定了还款期限。欠款逾期后，季某某多次向刘某催收无果，遂向眉山市彭山区人民法院提起诉讼。彭山法院经审理，判决刘某于判决生效之日起十日内支付季某某欠款本金257000元及利息。判决生效后，季某某向彭山法院申请强制执行，彭山法院在执行案件的过程中，查明被执行人刘某位于彭山江口街道的房屋被拆迁，经测绘和计算，确定“三物”（建筑物、构筑物、附着物）补偿总金额为435705.03元。2020年4月20日，被执行人刘某与其父亲刘某某在村社干部的见证下对拆迁款进行了分配，由刘某某提取100000元，刘某某的女儿分配108000元，余款227705.3元给了被执行人刘某的女儿。同年4月30日，被执行人刘某作为户主与相关部门签订了拆迁补偿协议书，且被执行人刘某还出具委托书，要求将227705.03元打入其女儿的账户，同年6月4日，被执行人刘某的父亲、女儿分别收到上述款项。彭山法院遂于2020年11月5日以被执行人刘某涉嫌构成拒不执行判决罪、裁定罪移送公安机关立案侦查，后区公安分局以没有犯罪事实为由，作出了不予立案通知书。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;
