1px;'>洪雅县外工作的在编在职公务员、参照公务员法管理的事业单位工作人员、财政全额拨款的事业单位人员，不含机关事业单位工勤人员。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>（二）考调条件</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'></span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>参加考调应同时具备以下条件：</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>1.具有与考调职位相适应的政治素质、专业水平和履职能力，品行端正，实绩突出，群众公认；</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>2.年龄在35周岁以下（1985年9月29日以后出生），科级领导干部可放宽至40周岁（1980年9月29日以后出生）；</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>3.原则上需具有全日制大学本科及以上学历。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>4.近五年年度考核均为称职（合格）及以上等次（试用期除外）；</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1px;'>报名同时进行资格审查。资格初审合格人数与所报职位的考调名额的比例不得低于1:1，在报名工作结束后，对达不到比例的职位，调减或取消该职位考调计划。资格审查工作将贯穿公开考调全过程，任何环节发现有弄虚作假的，取消考调资格，责任由考生自负。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>（1）洪雅县公开考调机关事业单位工作人员报名表（一式两份）；</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>（2）身份证原件及复印件；</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span 1px;'>按考评成绩高低，以1:1的比例确定考察人选，成绩并列的，通过加试由高分到低分确定考察人选。考评分数低于80分，取消考察资格。考察主要采取查阅干部档案、到报考人员现工作单位实地考察，可到曾经工作过的单位进行延伸考察。经综合考察，考察人选不符合我县职位要求的，经组织人社部门同意对应减少或取消职位考调计划。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>（五）体检</span></strong><span style='font-size: 1px;'>通过考察的拟调（流）动人员进行体检，体检标准按照修订后的《公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）》执行，具体时间另行通知。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>（六）公示</span></strong><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'></span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>拟调（流）动人员在眉山人事考试网进行公示，公示时间为5个工作日。公示期内，对有问题反映且反映问题调查属实、影响考调的，取消考调资格。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>（七）调（流）动</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1px;'>公示无异议的拟调（流）人选经县委编委审定同意后按照有关程序办理调（流）动手续。本次公开考调到洪雅县工作的公务员（参公人员）首次安排一律为一级科员及相当职级层次，事业人员一律安排为管理岗位九级职员或聘在专业技术初级岗位，在洪雅县最低服务年限为5年。</span></section><section style='line-height:
