未来两年降百分之三十，不大可能，也就是说价格100万的房子，两年降到70万不大可能，降10-20%有可能

想一想猪肉高峰时达到40一斤，现在10来块，只要是商品且是人为创造的，都有升有降，只是时机而已！时机到了不说百分之三十，腰斩都有可能 政府主要负责部门应该出新规，凡购首套房子的政府支持每平方米两千元，这样就可以把原价六七千的房价拉到四五千，购房压力降低，老百姓也记得政府的好。一举两得。
如果出台优惠政策，眉山的购房量会迅速升高。大量的房子就不会积压，同时避免打价格战，房企的日子也会好过些。这样主动性政策要比限跌令更灵活有效。现在很多地方搞限跌令，但是银行贷款卡住，房子不降价卖不动，时间长了房企先拖垮，老百姓想买的看价格又买不起。几方面都僵在那里。不如主动调整政策，这样还能吸引人才落户，促进当地各方面的消费。对城市发展非常有利。
