border-box;'><br></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'> 2021年7月20日，丹棱法院开庭审理此案。</p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'><br></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'> 经承办法官调查，被害人龙某某家有老母亲需要赡养，还有一名残疾人弟弟需要照顾，家庭负担较重。如果李某某履行被害方的赔偿要求，将可能争取到缓刑的量刑，可迫于工作、生活方面的压力，李某某宁愿接受实刑也不肯赔偿。承办法官考虑到，根据现有情况依法判决，不利于被害方权益的有效实现，也不利于引导被告人认罪悔过，更未实质化解社会矛盾。</p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'><br></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'> 承办法官与本案的两位陪审员经过合议，均希望能进一步做调解工作，为被害人家庭争取一定的经济补偿。</p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'><br></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'>
