max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px;'>2019年12月至2020年3月，刘某某先后有经过查实的收入共计136025元，却拒不履行，其行为涉嫌拒不执行判决、裁定罪。彭山法院将线索移送区公安分局依法侦查，经审查，眉山市彭山区人民检察院以刘某某犯拒不执行判决罪被提起公诉。该案审理期间，刘某某经传票传唤拒不到庭，此后多次以在外地追债为由拒不到案。区法院遂签发逮捕令，由区公安分局对刘某某执行逮捕。经区公安分局电话通知，其亦不到案，故区公安分局对其启动网上追逃，并在新疆成功将其抓获。</span></p><p><br style='outline: 0px;
