style='font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>草木厚盖的山体上，笔直开出一道口子，水流飞下，冲进山脚一条小河，击出隆隆响声。8月17日，记者走进瓦屋山自然保护区。眼见对岸这道四五米宽的瀑布，洪雅县林业局林业工程师祝长颢说：“这道瀑布曾因为旁边建水电站消失多年，4年前电站拆除才重新出现。”</span></section><section 0);'>视线从这道瀑布移向一旁，在这条名叫白沙河的河面上，横排“站”着三个石墩，贴山的石墩上有一个圆孔，另一端山体旁还有一个石头围建的“船舱”。“石墩是压力钢管的支墩，圆孔就是安装引水钢管的，船舱是机房。”洪雅县国有林场团宝山管护站党支部书记赵海军说，这些都是长河电站的遗迹，那边山腰上还建了职工住房和办公楼，现在只剩下了几个台阶。曾经，人们从几公里外的拦河坝引水到此处山顶，水流从100多米高处冲下，带动机房内的发电机。</span></section><section style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>“必须为生态和野生动植物保护‘让路’。”洪雅县县长周代军说，近年来，洪雅县投入1.73亿元，关停瓦屋山自然保护区内水电站30座、矿山14座，封闭矿洞52个。</span></section><section style='line-height: 0);'>赵海军介绍，几年前，长河电站机器设备搬出后，留下机房混凝土表面，人们又从几公里外运来泥土覆盖了50厘米，种上花草植被。记者看到，机房遗迹上，扁竹根、棕榈、三菱草等花草已经十分茂盛。对岸瀑布旁边的树木中，不时有野猴上蹿下跳，玩闹嬉戏。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><br></section><section 0);'>“我还救了一只大熊猫。”李万芳告诉记者，就在长河电站拆除两个月后，一只重病的大熊猫来到他家门口，他立即联系了林业等部门，将大熊猫送往相关处所得到了及时救治。“动物下山必须路过长河电站，如果电站还在，它肯定不敢下山，走不过来，说不定就在山上病死了。”</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><br></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>如今，和大熊猫、猴子、小麂、红腹锦鸡等野生动物“打照面”，又成了附近村民的家常便饭。</span></section><section 0);'>穿上迷彩服，带上弯刀、水壶、方便面，8月18日上午8点，吃过早饭，团宝山管护站巡护员陈国红等人又开始进山巡护。保护区内，像他们这样的巡护员已增配至62人，进行全覆盖巡护。陈国红说，“过去电站矿山职工住在山里，进进出出几百号人，我们要不停地询问排查，担心有不法人员混进来盗猎和破坏生态环境。现在主要是察看有没有受伤或生病的野生动物，及时提供救助。”</span></section><section 0);'>记者看到，保护区核心区入口处新建了一座大门，门上“禁入”两个红色大字十分醒目。“平时都是关着的，只让巡护员通过。”赵海军说，保护区还在出入口等重点位置布置了100多台监测设备，全天候远程监控。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><br></section><section style='line-height:
