min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>郭永全记者性情耿直、古道热肠、急人好义，当了解到当时市法院开展直接联系群众工作，存在农村有部分留守儿童、贫困儿童需要帮扶时，他提出希望以个人名义，私人自费资助一名贫困儿童。正好，由市法院联系的贫困户徐光华的孙子小刚，既是留守儿童，又是残疾儿童。小刚3岁时被检查出患有小儿麻痹症，评为二级残疾，经过医治后积极进行理疗，基本能生活自理。为了给他治病，家里先后花费了十多万元。小刚奶奶又患有帕金森症和股骨头坏死，母亲在他3岁时，嫌家中负担沉重，带着全家为小刚筹措的治疗费不辞而别，了无音讯。爷爷年龄已大，既要做农活，又要照顾小刚和奶奶的日常生活，家中所有的收入仅靠父亲在外务工，家中生活非常拮据。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>郭永全记者在了解到这个情况后，立即利用采访空隙时间，购买了学习和生活用品，到东方红社区看望小刚，和他谈心谈话，引导他树立积极向上的生活态度，勇敢面对自身身体有残疾和家境贫困等困难，好好学习，做个自强自立的青少年。自此以后，郭永全每年都亲自或者通过委托市法院干警，将自己的殷切希望和助学金、学习机、书籍等学习用品带给小刚，先后私人赞助近两万元。今年，他原本计划到眉山法院采访并看望小刚，但受疫情影响出差被迫取消，为不影响下学期小刚在学校的生活，遂委托市法院干警将助学金及时送到小刚手中。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%;
