社区、业委会、物业，就是需要这样正能量的社会榜样，给了莘莘学子以肯定并在平时多一点关心爱护保护，营造良好的学习环境和氛围！
学业有成也不忘回报社会感恩小区社区和父母！
图书室阅读进社区进小区，组织业委、物业、退休有识之士由社区牵头建设建立学习环境，也为小区双职工和单亲家庭及更多爱学习的居民提供机会和场所。
纵观各大小城市，顺带物业的职能…不该只是为了赚钱而生，否则就没有存在价值反而添堵！
