那不然呢，政府设置那么多标牌，作为成年人难道看不懂，非要政府天天来吼才行吗
游泳协会的又没地方了……
看看，这就是传说中的群众基础。为啥子中国足球吼了那么多年的冲出亚洲，结果还是在亚洲混。而游泳随随便便都能得金牌。原因就是有群众基础嘛！
