生娃儿之前为什么不想想娃娃会不会遗传，生下来了怎么也要养下去啊！
造孽噢！应该立法不让这些人生娃儿。
父亲家里生理疾病遗传不说，孩子的外公还在服刑，对孩子以后工作就业（需要政审）影响很大啊。父母双方都有难处，这孩子出生在这样的家庭里太可怜了，希望在以上单位的帮助下，孩子能好好的成长。
可以考虑一下对于这类人群人性化结扎
母亲外出务工就不能带小孩，带小孩也不能一个月就靠500块钱，养活自己孩子和80岁的婆婆。
