box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>接到报警后，民警迅速展开调查。经了解，7月21日晚18时许报案人徐某在附近聚餐玩耍时，将价值5000余元的自行车停放在惠川食府门口，玩耍后回来，发现自行车不见了。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>通过调看惠川食府外不远处的一处监控摄像头，办案民警发现， 7月21日20时许，一名男子将徐某停放的自行车盗走。但由于该监控画面非常模糊，只能看到嫌疑男子的大概轮廓，无法辨别其具体身份。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>民警随即走访附近的村组、社区干部，询问是否能辨明该名嫌疑人，但大家均辨认不出。于是民警扩大了监控调取的范围，并带领受害人到交警部门调取沿途卡口监控视频进行查看、甄别，从中筛选线索，仍无果。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>民警并不气馁，沉着冷静思考，嫌疑人既然出现在监控范围内，还盗走一辆自行车，不可能不在周边留下蛛丝马迹。通过分析，民警认为该名嫌疑人极有可能就居住在悦兴场镇上，那就会有人能通过视频里的模糊轮廓认出该名嫌疑人。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>此时离报警时间已5个多小时，派出所组织民辅警分组在悦兴场镇对群众进行走访。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>功夫不负有心人，当日下午17时许，民警在悦兴街上一家茶楼内，一群众辨认出照片里的男子就是太和镇四维村一村民杨某，平时爱喝酒。民警立即赶往杨某位于四维村的家中，但却扑了一场空，其邻居告知民警杨某昨日去了镇江街道，一夜未归。</span></p><p style='max-width: 100%;
