box-sizing: border-box !important;"></p></section><section powered-by="xiumi.us"><section><section><section powered-by="xiumi.us"><section style="text-align: center;"></section><section><br></section></section></section></section></section><section powered-by="xiumi.us"><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">该院高度重视，注重专项整治。一是行动有力。以落实《中华人民共和国生物安全法》的实施为契机，成立办案领导小组，积极开展福寿螺破坏生态环境、危害生物安全行政公益诉讼调查取证工作。二是联合借力。该院会同仁寿县农业农村局、仁寿县普宁街道产业办、仁寿县普宁街道杜家社区工作人员，以线索事发地普宁街道杜家社区3组为中心，先后深入杜家社区10组、青岗乡双店村、珠嘉镇三溪社区等周边场镇、仁寿湿地公园分组开展现场勘察、走访调查和追踪溯源工作；现场查看繁殖卵体、提取样本观察，绘制现场勘察图，明确线索反映的福寿螺大量繁殖田块位置及亩数。通过调查询问，调查福寿螺入侵到本地生态环境中的时间、繁殖方式、繁殖季节、危害及防治等情况；拍摄调查视频，记录福寿螺危害农作物情况、群众对福寿螺的认识与防治情况。三是借智发力。该院积极与四川农业大学联系，通过委托出具专家意见书的方式，委托四川农业大学出具对福寿螺的繁殖方式、繁殖季节、危害后果及防治等出具专业性意见。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">该院根据调查取证认定的事实和专家意见书关于福寿螺的危害后果及防治等专业性意见向仁寿县农业农村局发出如上内容的行政公益诉讼诉前检察建议书，并针对发现的问题及时督导、协调县农业农村局及相关部门和乡镇开展排查摸底、清理灭螺工作和加强宣传工作。</span></p><p><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">福寿螺属于软体动物门、腹足纲、中腹足目、瓶螺科、瓶螺属，又名大瓶螺、苹果螺、雪螺。福寿螺产卵于水生作物茎叶、杂草、田埂、石壁或其他物体上，初产卵块呈鲜艳的橙红色，孵化过程中渐变为淡粉红色，即将孵出小螺时变为灰白色。粉红色的卵块是我们辨识福寿螺的重要标志之一。</span></p><p><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">福寿螺原产于南美洲亚马逊河流域，1981年作为食用螺引入中国，因其适应性强、食性广泛、繁殖迅速，成为危害巨大的外来入侵物种，2003年被列入首批入侵中国的16种危害极大的外来物种之一，2012年农业部将其列为第一批国家重点管理外来入侵物种之一。</span></p><p><br style="max-width: 100%; 为啥不能吃呢？不是作为食用螺引进的吗？估计是好吃嘴些还没有研究出相关菜品，要不然会给青蛙蛤蟆一样整到绝种。
