勤劳朴实、省吃俭用的中国人民辛辛苦苦节省起来的钱不敢存银行，又没地方投资，只有把钱往楼市里面砸。到头来，造成社会不平衡的畸形发展，喂肥了房地产老板的腰包，成就了地方政府的业绩，促进了银行存款的流通和提高了银行的收益。最后造成的社会伤害还得老百姓自己来买单。
