不都是这样拉选票的吗？难道还有不贿赂就想上位的？尤其开发重建等有搞头的各级干部，不贿赂才奇怪，难道一个人吃得下去？
只要你反查近20年的基层任职尤其资金口要职，让你大跌眼镜，原来他们只不过贿赂方式更隐晦更深入细枝末节更形如常理，让人无法察觉毫无证据而已
