2px;'>独自守着一座学校，伍万银成了一名全科教师，语文、数学、音乐、体育、美术、德育等课程都要教，并且也担任了校长、老师、炊事员、维修工等所有角色。一心扑在工作上的他难免没有多余的时间可以放在家庭上，他的心里也一直有两道过不去的坎。</span></section><section><br></section><section><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>2010年4月，伍万银的岳父突患重病，被紧急送往雅安住院救治。因正值上课期间，伍万银没能到医院守候，本想利用星期天去看望老人，没想到老人竟没有挨过去。2013年2月，伍万银80岁的老父亲患重病住院，因怕影响学生学业，他只能每天打电话了解病情，想着等到放假的时候前去陪护看望，可直到手术那天，他都没能去到现场。</span></section><section><br></section><section><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>“当时只是单纯地想，学校只有我一个老师，如果我请假了，全校十几个娃儿就只能放假，课程进度也会受到影响。山里的娃不容易，不能因为我一个人，耽误了全校学生的学业啊！”</span></section><section><br></section><section><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>老人的事，成为多年来伍万银心中难释的亏欠和遗憾，每每谈及，一向乐观的伍万银言语中总会透出一丝无奈与沉重，好在自己的爱人知道他的心里眼里全是这些学生，时间长了也自然原谅了他。</span></section><section><br></section><section><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>四十余年来，伍万银有多次离开沙湾小学的机会，但是，山里的孩子始终让他放心不下，最终选择留下。面对工作和家庭，舍小家顾大家的他，几十年来投身党的教育事业，初心如磐。</span></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><br></section><section 2px;'>让娃娃们有更好的读书环境一直是伍万银最大的心愿。沙湾小学校舍简陋陈旧，为改善办学条件，他多次联系村“两委”，多次向上级反映，多方奔走相告。“那是我这辈子，唯一一次利用党员身份向组织提请求。”功夫不负有心人，2008年，沙湾小学配合瓦屋山电站修建，整体搬迁。新校舍建设期间，伍万银坚持每天都到工地上查看学校修建进度，生怕出一丁点儿工程质量问题。在伍万银的努力下，学生们搬进了新校舍，教学条件得到巨大改善。</span></section><section><br></section><section><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>2017年9月，伍万银原本已经退休，可以安享晚年，但是为了孩子们，年过花甲的他返聘任教，再次一人挑起了一所学校。</span></section><section><br></section><section><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>“我曾经说过，只要自己身体允许，我就会一直教下去。”“等到孩子们不需要我了，我再退休吧。”送走了学校最后一名学生，他才完成了自己心中的使命，真正“退休”。他说：“虽然从教师的岗位上退休了，但共产党员永远不退休，村里有需要，我还可以贡献力量。”</span></section><section><br></section><section><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;'>为了让这些山里娃娃能好念书、念好书，伍万银毕其一生都在努力，在这样日复一日的坚守中，自己也落下了一身的“职业病”，风湿、颈椎炎……犯病疼的时候，他总是咬咬牙，又一头扎进教学工作中。在学生的印象里，伍万银风湿疼的时候走路都困难，但他从来没有缺过一节课。</span></section><section><br></section><section><span 2px;'>“能在沙湾小学的讲台上一站就是43年，支撑我坚持下来的就是入党时自己许下的诺言。”四十余载教书育人，年过半百坚守讲台，让山里的娃娃好好念书，走向更光明的未来，成了伍万银一位老党员的使命。使命在肩的他，步履不停。</span></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><br></section><p
