box-sizing: border-box;'><br></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;font-family: PingFangSC-light;box-sizing: border-box;'>2020年3月27日上午11时左右，正在家里准备午饭的刘杨 听到“叮铃”一声手机响，原以为又是一些随意推送“零碎”信息，本不准备查看但却鬼使神差的拿起了手机，看到是同村黄某发来一条消息，打开是一张图片，图片显示三星提灌站下段河里掉入一辆车。这是黄某刚刚路过三星提灌站附近老晒坝时，听到“砰”的声响，以为是有车子开到坡下去了，走近一看发现一辆车冲入了三星提灌站下段河里。</span></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'><br></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;font-family: PingFangSC-light;box-sizing: border-box;'>因为刘杨家住三星提灌站附近有船而且其水性也好。黄某就马上给刘杨发了这条信息，刘杨看到信息后，脑子里第一反应近期没有车子掉入河里，可能是车子刚掉下去。他一边电话向黄某了解情况，一边冲出家门朝河边落水方向跑去。刚跑到河边，就看见距离河岸边十几米远处一辆白色小车已大半身淹没进河里，车顶上有两女子正在歇斯底里的呼救。周围已经围上来几个群众，但都不习水性，正在岸边互相讨论想着办法。</span></p><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'><br></p><p style='text-align: center;
