商家说：要打官司才可以，不然不退！
这种官司很简单明了，诉讼费也是败诉方出，基本上0成本
买了就买了，留着自己用嘛！
去年有个小娃儿，目测14岁左右，来铺子上套信用卡，喊套2万给三千的手续费。我虚了
十三岁有认知能力，几百元的东西如果是我的孩子，我不会退，我这人认真理
如果没用多久完好马上退，双方可以协商，用了一段时间退是我做不出来。

13岁属限制民事行为能力人，购买手机、以及购买后产生的通讯费、流量费属超过自身能力行为，要监护人同意。
这种案子完全的一边倒，手机店也是晕了头，光想卖东西，起码的法律意识都不管。 我给学生骑的山地车换零件，40元，当时没带钱，出于考虑是学生让他空了拿来，月月子看不到影子。有些娃屋头家教好，有些缺教养，一屋人都是那种人。手机如果完好可以协商，如果用一段时间有损就不能原价退，换成是我的娃，我不的起诉，做不出来。有些人很多时候喜欢攻击商家，这是不公平，法制需要健全，我晓的好多娃十多岁拿钱买东西多的很嘛！
买了就算了嘛，自管孩子也没到位！
