max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><p>5月上旬，开发区派出所接群众来电报警称：自己位于眉山市东坡区某某在建工地地下停车场安装的电缆线被盗。</p><p><br></p><p>第一时间，副所长屈江波带领办案民警与值班警组一起到现场调查，此工地是一处在建工地的地下停车场，通过从已安装铺好的电缆线来看，其中一处大概有100米左右规格为wdzn-4*50+1*25型，价值3.8 万元的电缆线被人为锯断，且电缆不知去向。民警进一步查看该工地停车场的周边情况，发现该地下停车场安装有监控设施，且能对发案现场实施有效监控……</p><p style='text-align: center;'></p><p><br></p><p>调取监控发现，5名嫌疑人有重大作案嫌疑。民警循线追踪，综合研判，分析：第一，没有从事相关专业的水电工操作，是不可能在较短的时间内把近100米长且规格为wdzn-4*50+1*25型的铜质电缆线锯断；第二，不是内部人员且较为熟悉此电缆的人，也不可能从外部进入到此处锯断电缆。经多路走访调查，最终在该工地负责此项目的工头张某处获得一条重要信息，监控画面里其中有3名嫌疑人他认识，是他通过劳务公司请来铺放电缆的工人……<br style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'></p><p><br></p><p>事不宜迟，先控制3名嫌疑人是首要，但很遗憾，几名嫌疑人当日实施盗窃将电缆线卖掉后，便纷纷潜逃回乐山老家隐藏。</p><p><br></p><p>随后，民警从该工地工头张某处掌握到几名嫌疑人的个人基本信息，副所长屈江波决定通过法律宣讲劝其投案自首。屈江波与5名嫌疑人逐一打电话，成功规劝嫌疑人到派出所投案自首，争取从轻处理。<br style='max-width: 100%;
