说明很多人是冲动离婚！
建议实行一个月的结婚冷静期，让世间少一点冲动结婚的
形式很严峻，不然不会出此策。
同居后领证冷静期也要配套跟上，这样能减少很多冲动结婚的，不给自己找麻烦事 还不是其中一方不去，这样就自动撤销了

百日内自行撤销离婚461对，你个儿算下 要是在4年前就实行了那该多好
这是给不想离婚那一方耍无奈的机会，起诉离婚也不是那么好离了。说白了有一部分人离婚了会成为社会的负担，索性就让人捆绑在一起，互相消耗，各种风险由小家庭承担。
这是操蛋的人想的，他怎么没有报道出因冷静期犯下更多错误的事情呢，凡事都是有两面性的
