style='font-size: 16px;'>③<strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 128, 255);'>被民办学校录取（含直升）的适龄儿童</span></strong>，不能再参加其它公民办学校的录取。须按照规定的时间到相应的学校报名注册。逾期未完成报名手续的，视为自愿放弃民办学校学位。未报名注册所空出的学位，不予补录。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>④<strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 128, 255);'>未被民办学校录取的适龄儿童</span></strong>，由户籍地教育行政部门按划片招生就近入学的原则安排到公办学校就读。</span></p><p style='line-height: #0080ff;'>公办学校招生录取办法：</span></strong></p><p><br></p><p style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>公办学校根据“划片、就近、免试”入学的原则申请和安排学位；实行“幼升小、小升初‘两个脱钩’”，即：就读幼儿园与就读小学脱钩，适龄儿童到户籍与居住地所在的招生服务区申请小学学位；就读小学与就读初中脱钩，完成小学教育的适龄儿童、少年应到户籍与居住地所在招生服务区申请初中学位。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>1.农村初中、小学在本镇原辖区范围内录取新生。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>2.中心城区实行划片招生，公办学校符合“两个一致”、“户籍一致”、“住房一致”以及进城务工和经商人员随迁子女，严格按划定范围和规定日程等统一安排开展招生工作。由家长或其他法定监护人分批次到申请就读学校提交相关资料，学校初审通过后，上传拟录取学生信息到“东坡区义务教育招生录取平台”，经区教体局审核后，分批次公示拟录取学生名单并发放录取通知书。</span></p><section data-role="list"><p style='line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 128, 255);'>（1）</span></strong>符合“两个一致”入学原则即户籍与父母或其他法定监护人户籍一致、户籍与实际居住地一致（在中心城区，并属于同一招生片区）的适龄儿童、少年，到所在招生服务区学校申请学位。若申请人数超过了服务区内学校实际核定的学位数，则根据户籍迁入和住房入住时间（房产证取得的时间或购房合同的签定时间）先后顺序安排学位；未能在服务区内学校安排学位的，由区教体局统筹安排到相对就近的学校就读。</span></p><section 255);'>（2）</span></strong>户籍和住房不在同一个划片招生服务区内的适龄儿童、少年，原则上到户籍所在地在招生服务区学校申请学位，也可以到住房所在地招生服务区学校申请学位。招生学校如有空余学位，则根据户籍迁入的时间先后顺序安排学位；再根据住房入住时间（房产证取得的时间或购房合同的签定时间）先后顺序安排学位；如无空余学位或学位不足，则由区教体局统筹安排到相对就近的学校就读。</span></p><section 255);'>（3）</span></strong>户籍不在中心城区但又长期居住在中心城区的适龄儿童、少年，原则上回户籍所在地入学；如家庭确有特殊情况的，可凭其父母正式住房手续等必要证明材料到居住地所属招生服务区招生学校申请学位。如招生学校有空余学位，则根据住房入住时间（房产证取得的时间或购房合同的签定时间）先后顺序安排学位；如无空余学位或学位不足，则由区教体局统筹安排学位。</span></p><section 255);'>（4）</span></strong>进城务工及经商人员随迁子女申请学位：实行网上排号申请（登录方式：通过手机微信扫描二维码进入，按相关提示操作），在规定的时间内到区教体局指定地点审核材料，由区教体局统筹安排入学。</span></p><section data-role="list"><p style='line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 255);'>（5）</span></strong>对符合条件的烈士、现役军人、公安英模、进藏干部和因公牺牲伤残警察、持优才卡人员、直接参与救治新冠肺炎患者的一线医务工作者和支援湖北医疗队全体人员子女、高层次人才、消防救援人员等群体子女，户籍随祖父母或外祖父母的儿童少年，在招生服务区范围内实际居住的，按照符合“两个一致”入学原则申请学位。</span></p><section margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>适用对象：在中心城区（三个街道办事处，48个社区）（下同）居住务工的非中心城区户籍人员。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 128, 255);'>提交材料：</span></strong></span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 128, 255);'>（1）</span></strong>申请人及其子女同一户籍的原籍户口簿或其他能够证明其法定监护关系的有效证明（如：《医学出生证明》、《独生子女证》等）（证明就读儿童少年与务工人员的关系）。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 128, 255);'>（2）</span></strong>在有效期内的中心城区居住证或在中心城区居住的相关证明材料原件及复印件1份。比如：①自购房者：提供购房合同及水、电、气表号（入住3个月以上）。若个别老旧小区房产不能提供水、电、气表号，则根据消费的实际情况提供缴费凭证等材料。②租住房屋者：提供租房合同、房东房产证明及水、电、气表号（入住6个月以上），若个别老旧小区房产不能提供水、电、气表号，则根据消费的实际情况提供缴费凭证等材料。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 128, 255);'>（3）</span></strong>进城务工人员需提供：申请人与用人单位依法签订有效期内的《劳动合同》、务工者姓名与身份证号码（区教体局根据其信息到相关部门进行数据核查）、含社保卡原件和复印件1份、缴费发票原件及复印件1份）（且申请入学当月处于持续缴纳状态）（《中华人民共和国劳动法》第七十二条规定：用人单位和劳动者必须依法参加社会保险，缴纳社会保险费）。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 128, 255);'>（4）</span></strong>进城经商人员需提供：2021年5月31日前在中心城区办理的工商营业执照（附门店租赁合同、房东房产证明、门店近期经营照片）、纳税或免于纳税相关证明。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 128, 255);'>注</span></strong>：满足以下三个条件之一的，区教体局才予以审核登记。①在中心城区截止2021年5月31日连续依法缴纳社会保险满6个月的；②在中心城区有购房合同加入住3个月的；③在中心城区有工商经营执照的（含纳税或免于纳税相关证明）。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 128, 255);'>安排原则</span></strong>：在安排进城务工及经商人员随迁子女就读时，坚持“一个前提”、“两个参考”、“一个原则”进行。“一个前提”即学校有学位；“两个参考”即家长意向、相对就近；“一个原则”即相同条件的学生享受相同待遇。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 16px;color: #0080ff;'>录取顺序：</span></strong></p><p style='line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>（1）在中心城区截止2021年5月31日连续依法缴纳社会保险满6个月的；（如果申请学校的学位不足，则需按购买社保的年限进行统筹安排。）</span></p><p style='text-align:left;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 15px;'><span style='font-size:
