行人乱串斑马线行为又怎么制止，现在的行人都成大爷了，没有时间限制跟你在斑马线跟你耗，你越过就是你机动车不礼让行人，交管部门这样一刀切，开过听证会吗？外国的先进经验是否可以借鉴，反正我觉得政府用行政手段干预道德问题真的不太好。
