都是区上的吧 可以可以！方便了很多！
额。。。
目前好像跟我没有什么关系
要是全国实施就好了，比如歪外地打工，还要回来领证 再方便我还是无法体验了。。。。 方便群众办事了！

区民政局婚姻登记处，现在搬到湿地公园在东坡院子那里办公了
